TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Snake Zero ("the App"), developed and published by Educacion Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. IN-APP PURCHASES

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Premium Unlock") that grants permanent access to premium visual theme packs. This purchase:

• Is processed entirely through Apple's App Store
• Is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
• Is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account
• Does not constitute a subscription and involves no recurring charges

Free content included with the App may be changed, updated, or modified at our discretion. Premium content included at the time of purchase will remain accessible.

3. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App — including but not limited to visual themes, graphics, audio, code, text, and design — is the property of Educacion Global, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. PRIVACY

Snake Zero does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no third-party SDKs, no advertising.

All game data (scores, settings, unlocks) is stored locally on your device using standard system storage. This data never leaves your device.

In-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not access or store any payment information.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Educacion Global, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Educacion Global, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's own terms and conditions. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable Apple Media Services terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Educacion Global, Inc. regarding the App.
